We investigated the cemetery 11/21/05, however, it was wet and sprinkled on and off.  We did take a lot of pictures and some really cool stuff did happen. We started the investigation at 6 pm.  Adam was using the dowsing rods and we followed him to the edge of the gulch.  Here, the dowsing rods crossed over a grave (name) and the EMF meter registered ( ) .  We walked away and tried again and the dowsing rods brought is back to the same area, a then the EMF meter stopped working. We did use our digital recorders and hope that we found something that can be used and submitted to this narrative soon. We also took many digital pictures, and hope the humidity didn't cause any evidence to be damaged.

We tried to debunk the urban legend of the statue of Jesus that would dance or look down on you if you drove around it 3 times and had headlights on it.  This supposedly only happen at 12 midnight.  We thought the 12 midnight surely was a legend because the facility closes at 11 pm with locked gates.  So around 7 pm we tried walking both clockwise and counterclockwise, nothing.  Then Christine drove the car around the statue clockwise 3 times.. nothing.  She drove the car around 3 time counter clock wise, through all of this, Adam pointed the dowsing rods at the statue and I had the camera poised... no movement of the statue except at the exact same time the car came around for the 3rd time the dowsing rods crossed.. very interesting.

Christine and I noticed a light on a grave and upon investigation we discovered a lantern lit by the grave.  Since we had seen no one else in the area, we surmised that the lantern had been lit earlier in the day and we could not see the flame in the twilight when we first arrived.  The only issue we have with this thesis is that we past the grave on the way to the statue and we never noticed the lantern at that time. Surely we would have seen the flame in the dark?

We were also at the plaque that commiserates the graves moved from the Wahiawa Cemetery and we stepped into a cold spot, where our breath could be seen.  I dug for my digital thermometer, but by the time I had it out it only read 75. walking a foot back, it climbed to 78, but that’s not a big enough temperature difference to matter.

 We will be adding more about the cemetery investigation soon, although since it was sprinkling, my hope is that not all digital information or evidence was compromised.

On the drive to Mililani I had Adam with me in my car. There is a very sharp corner at the beginning of the road leading to the entrance to the cemetery. I had to hit my brakes hard as I suddenly felt heaviness in my chest and an almost unbearable sense of fear. Once I rounded that corner though the feeling went away.

We spoke to the guard at the entrance to the gate in an attempt to find Dawn, but he hadn't seen her yet so Adam and I decided to take a quick drive around the cemetery to get a quick layout of the land and to see if Dawn had already arrived. We found her at the very back of the cemetery where our investigation began. It was very dark that night and my video camera didn't want to pick up anything even in with the back illumination light on.

The Mililani cemetery is a very beautiful and peaceful place to be. As I walked among the headstones and asked questions aloud in hopes of getting a spiritual response I felt very calm. That is until I cam upon a grave which happened to be very fresh. I started to treat this grave just as I had all the others, but while I was standing there I was overwhelmed by feelings of shame and guilt almost like I had just got caught with my hand in a cookie jar. Again the only equipment I had with me that evening was my digital voice recorder.

I am still trying to clean up the recordings we pick up that night, but there were funerals in process and a lot of people (although at a distance) can be heard in the background so I am afraid that any evidence captured here may have been compromised. 

I tried to get an interview with the security guard at the front gate before we left but was unable to locate him and as of yet have heard nothing back. Hopefully we will be able to get out there again to see if things are any different.
